Time Building
Building time is a very important step in pursuing your professional pilot career. Career Pilot School offers pilots the option of building solo flight time or enjoying the camaraderie of having a fellow pilot along who can act as safety pilot. All Inclusive Prices include housing for the duration of your time building, pick-up and drop-off from San Francisco or Sacramento, and transportation to and from housing each day.

*Prior to starting your time building program, each pilot will receive an aircraft checkout totaling 4 hours of flight time to satisfy our insurance requirements. These 4 hours are included in the All Inclusive Prices, along with 2 ground school hours to introduce you to flying in the United States and California.
*Pilots enrolled in our Time Building Packages are required to meet the daily flight minimums in order to complete the program in the specific time allotted. When enrolling for a time building package, Career Pilot School will provide a written agreement outlining the minimum daily flight requirements.
*All above prices are dry rental rates (meaning they do not include fuel). By offering time building at a dry rate, you are responsible for purchasing fuel. By providing this option, you will save hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, by seeking out the lowest priced fuel in the areas you decide to visit and flying the airplane in a fuel efficient manner.

*A rental car is available for pilots over the age of 19 that possess a US or International Driver's License.
