International Pilot Training-JET
The International Pilot Training-JET program is our PREMIER training program at Career Pilot School. This training program trains you from a Zero Time pilot to Commercial Pilot Multi Engine and Jet Introduction Course in 11 months. Upon completion of the International Pilot Program-JET, you will have the necessary skills and experience to successfully apply for a job in the global airline industry.
At Career Pilot School. the main focus us on superior education. In attaining that goal, one of the most important aspects is the relationship a student shares with their instructor during their flight training experience. With years of experience, we have found that keeping a small student to instructor ration allows for more one-on-one instruction, with more material retained in a shorter periodof time. As with all of our programs, our student admissions are limited to ensure that you will receive excellent training. We emphasize an excellent ground school and personalized flight instruction. Career Pilot School can proudly state that 100% of our International Pilot Program-JET students have completed the program with excellent results.
The JET Phase is conducted in our CRJ-200 Regional Jet Trainer. The course is taught in a way that allows lateral transfer to any CRJ/ ERJ platform, as well as a turboprop environment. Course material is outlined in a way that is not company specific to any one air carrier, but rather, is focused around standard airline operating procedures.
In the course of your training at Career Pilot School, you will fly a total of 267 hours, of which 27 hours are multi engine time and 15 hours in our CRJ-200 device. Included in the cost of the program are study materials, charts, manuals, check ride fees, written exam fees, and TSA Fees. Also included in the price is a Pilot Kit which includes, but is not limited to: a headset, logbook, uniform shirts, ties, flashlight, E6B flight computer, plotter, and flight bag.
All new classes start on the first and third Monday of each month. Our program does not include any safety pilot time. Students will spend 100% of the time as pilot-in-command in the left seat of the aircraft.
