President
Claude Besson, pilot and entrepreneur, is the owner and President of Career Pilot School. Claude seeks to provide a positive and challenging learning experience for students who want to pursue a career in aviation. He visualized a place where each student was treated with respect and where the instruction process was logical and cost effective.

Michael Siegel
Vice President of Flight Operations and Chief Flight Instructor
Michael holds Instructor and Instrument Instructor ratings for Single and Multiengine aircraft. Michael is a member of the Airplane Owner and Pilot’s Association (AOPA) and is also a member of NAFI (National Association of Flight Instructors). He holds a Bachelor Degree from Drake University in Sociology and Biology. Michael first learned to fly in his hometown of Des Moines, Iowa. He has many hours of flying experience having served as a Corporate Pilot, Charter Pilot, and Chief Flight Instructor of Career Pilot School.

Elbert Thompson
Assistant Chief Flight Instructor
Elbert holds Instructor and Instrument Instructor ratings for Single and Multiengine aircraft. He has many hours of flying experience having served as an Airline Pilot, Charter Pilot, and Flight Instructor.

Check Instructor

Advanced Ground Instructor/Instrument Ground Instructor
Reynell holds Advanced Ground Instructor and Instrument Ground Instructor ratings. Reynell is also a Commercial Pilot with Instrument Rating. Reynell is an excellent and engaging classroom teacher. He is passionate about his work and strives to make his ground school an informative and enjoyable experience for all.
Aneesh Mullacheri
International Student Advisor
Aneesh is a Commercial Pilot from India who works with foreign flight students from around the world. He coordinates student registration & applications for Career Pilot School. He also helps students understand the flight training process and enrollment procedures. Aneesh makes sure our instructors are compliant with the latest requirements from the DGCA and other international aviation regulating agencies.
